Lee is a Licensed Professional Counselor, U.S. Navy veteran, and founder of HeartStrong Counseling & Connection Center, affiliated with the Marriage & Family Institute. Drawing from over a decade of experience, Lee blends her military background, advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and her background as a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Master Coach to help clients strengthen emotional bonds, navigate life transitions, and restore balance in relationships and personal wellbeing.
